Montrealopoly!

As a proud and unfortunately former Montrealer I am quite proud that the top spot on the new Monopoly Here and Now board goes to my home town.
Some interesting facts about the board's most expensive property:
- Expect a bump on the way to passing Go: the streets have not been properly paved properly in a very long time;
- Despite the previous point you will lose a turn during the summer months because of construction... except during the last two weeks of July;
- If you are planning to build, do it fast... you charge 20% more for hotel stays because of unintelligible taxes (and you have to match the 20% in a contribution to the bank). However if you build houses you can charge rent, but tenants do not really have to pay it, and collecting will be an excruciating process that will take three times around the board.
- When someone does stay on your property you roll a die, and if it comes up 1 or 6 you have to pay $500 for the damage done from renting to a grow-op.
Having said all of that, I will be the first in line to buy it! :)
